GUIDELINES

Picture
  1. Put at least $75,000 aside for your college education.
  2. Purchase a home that is no more than $300,000
  3. Take a family vacation (all expenses must be included in the cost: hotel, airfare, meals, transportation, spending money, etc.)
  4. Buy one vehicle
  5. Make one charitable donation (friends, family, and pets do not qualify)

Your grand total does not have to equal exactly $1,000,000 but should be as close as possible.  This project is designed to help you plan your future, build your math skills, and have fun while researching!  Try to think of your future as you spend your money. Although part of real life, you are NOT required to pay taxes, closing fees, or other expenses for this project.

ADDITIONAL RULES

  3. Create a GoogleSlides presentation with one slide for each major purchase.  Minor purchases may be include on the same page (such as a shopping spree at GameStop, Target, Old Navy, etc.)
  4. You may NOT purchase more than 3 of the same items
